*--* FELIZ ANIVERSARIO PRA MIM *--*

Realizando meus sonhos e projetos
E me deixa feliz todos os dias aqui a viver
Agradeço a Deus pela minha existência
Por ser mais um milagre da vida!
A vida é repleta de milagres
E neste dia do meu aniversário
E nunca me abandonam a mercê da vida
E me abraçaria ternamente
Agradecendo assim a minha existência

" Sento tua  falta ! "

Happy Birthday to Me

If I look over the years, the styles have changed - the clothes, the hair, the production, the approach to the songs.

I don't pay attention to the number of birthdays. It's weird when I say I'm 51. It just is crazy that I'm 51.

I think I'm very immature. I feel like a kid.

That's why my back goes out all the time, because I completely forget I can't do certain things anymore.

Questions to Ask Yourself to Get the Most Out of Life

A recent article over at Zen Habits made me think a lot about the motivation for creating a 101 Things list.
The 6 Questions to Ask Yourself to Get the Most Out of Life can be seen as a great starting point to coming up with ideas for self improvement on your list:

1. Who do I love, and what am I doing about it?
2. Am I pursuing my dream, or is fear stopping me?
3. Am I doing something that matters?
4. What am I doing to help others?
5. Am I as good a person as I want to be?
6. What am I doing to live life with passion, health and energy?

101 things in 1001 days

These are the project guidelines and this is why I decided to participate.
I’ll be referring back to this master list, crossing things off as they’re completed, and I officially start the list-- Feb. 24-- meaning the end date will be May 14, 2016.
I'm very excited to start this list.
I tried to make many of the items as specific as possible so that I could actually measure and complete the goals.
The Mission:
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part).

Why 1001 Days?

Many people have created lists in the past – frequently simple goals such as New Year’s resolutions. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organising and timing some tasks such as overseas trips or outdoor activities.
Some common goal setting tips:
1. Be decisive. Know exactly what you want, why you want it, and how you plan to achieve it.
2. Stay Focussed. Any goal requires sustained focus from beginning to end. Constantly evaluate your progress.
3. Welcome Failure. Frequently, very little is learned from a venture that did not experience failure in some form. Failure presents the opportunity to learn and makes the success more worthy.
4. Write down your goals. It clarifies your thinking and reinforces your commitment.
5. Keep your goals in sight. Review them frequently, and ensure that they are always at the forefront of your thinking.

Teacher"s book - Think teen

Think TEEN consists of the student's book, the workbook,

the teacher's book.

(... ) Mas o que me move, o que me deixa feliz é ouvir “aprendi muito com você”.
E o melhor: não de você. Aprendeu comigo.
