Don't say to get a better job, or because it's expected of you, even if those things are true.
Those are all fine external motivators, but they will never give you intrinsic push that you need, and if that's all you can think of, you're missing out on the good stuff and I suggest thinking deeper.
Explore your dreams and motivations, the possibilities.
How will English fluency change your perspective?
Where will you travel, and what new world will be opened up by speaking the language that connects the world, not with communication, but culture, and information?
