Boys and girls - a speaking game - activity for young students
This game help first and second graders learn to talk about people's names, age andmood (sad/happy). It's also a good way to revise colours and numbers (1-14), as well as practise making affirmative, negative and interrogative sentences using to be (am, is are) and differentpronouns.

Dicas Para Engajar Alunos Na Aula De Inglês
Dicas De Como Usar A Tecnologia Na Sala De Aula E Motivar Alunos
O grande desafio é que, pelas inúmeras facilidades geradas pelos aparatos tecnológicos e a forma como eles podem fascinar as crianças e jovens, seu manuseio precisa ser eficaz, sem que atinja o efeito contrário: a dispersão.
Dominar essas tecnologias e suas capacidades pode ser a chave para atingir um nível exitoso de ensino.

Ways to Get Back on Track When Your Class Is Talking Over You
Solutions to try.
- Get your students’ attention. If you have already established an attention-getting signal (raising a fist, ringing a bell, holding up a prop), now is a great time to use it. If you don’t have a signal, create one, share it with your class, and practice, practice, practice.

7 Types of English Adjectives That Every ESL Student Must Know

A descriptive adjective is probably what you think of when you hear the word “adjective.” Descriptive adjectives are used to describe nouns and pronouns.
Words like beautiful, silly, tall, annoying, loud and nice are all descriptive adjectives. These adjectives add information and qualities to the words they’re modifying. You can find a list of the 25 most commonly used adjectives at the English Club.
Examples:
Essential Grammar for Today's Writers, Students, and Teachers
This innovative grammar text is an ideal resource for writers, language students, and current and future classroom teachers who need an accessible "refresher" in a step-by-step guide to essential grammar.
Rather than becoming mired in overly detailed linguistic definitions, Nancy Sullivan helps writers and students understand and apply grammatical concepts and develop the skills they need to enhance their own writing.
Along with engaging discussions of both contemporary and traditional terminology, Sullivan's text provides clear explanations of the basics of English grammar and a highly practical, hands-on approach to mastering the use of language.
Complementing the focus on constructing excellent sentences, every example and exercise set is contextually grounded in language themes.
